GTEX option is not working anymore, because GTEX moved the files and changed the access method. Now we can only access GTEX files with Gen3-DRS download option, but the same manifest and credential files.
Remove all GTEX mentions and ways of downloading from pipeline

Add to documentation that GTEX files can be accessed with Gen3-DRS download option
