Absorb useful changes from v1.0-fix-rmats-ram to latest version of pipeline:

[ ] Parametrize cpus and memory for stringtie_merge and rmats processes
[ ] Add optional flexible machine type definition for rmats and strigtie_merge (commit)

This changes are needed in order to be able to run big jobs with rMATS that don't fit in default resources definition.
