No space left on /tmp/ dir

Problem

During workflow execution, the pipeline halts due to lack of space on /tmp/ folder.

Solution

• Redefining the NXF_TEMP environment variable before running the workflow
• Have a pre and post script to redefine /tmp/ folder and then remove it.
