Add London to spawn options #17

Does what it says on the tin. I added the approximate location of London in the U.K. to the list of selectable spawn options.

Sorry it took so long, wasn't able to double check the location until now. Looks perfect. Making a new release now and will soon be up at the mod portal. Thanks a lot!
