Misc sprite fixes and portal storm placeholder

Portal placeholder,Exodii quad temp fix, modified xotto rubik sprite, Couple of Feral sprites added hoping to add a good few more (Mechanic,Cunning and single soldier hoping for varients to that) and stubby tail now matches description.

Sprites taken from MSX need to be on their own tilesheet with a clear mention of their license and source

Ah forgot to change out the placeholder head and add to a separate tileset till then, simply intended to use the model for inspiration and as a placeholder till I could figure out a decent head design and kinda found one, implementing the change now and appreciate the reminder.

Kinda my first real non personal project so apologies for the incompetence

Even if you use it as a placeholder you still have to follow the license if you want to redistribute it. Unless you mean that you're going to replace by something else before merging this pull request

That is exactly what I mean, didn't intend for this to be the finished Rubik design (if you notice I already changed up the torso and legs just not gotten around to the head) and honestly had no intent to redistribute it was kinda just a draft.... Really sorry changing it up now 😬

Nah your cool the fix is as simple as me importing your sprites and allocating them after mine. Will have them compatible by this evening after the crazed preppers and survivalists are done, don't cock up your work on my behalf 🤣
