Rename seminars to colloquia, as seminar refers to student seminars #157

Previously, seminars were called Tsukuba seminars but, we shall just call them colloquia from now on. Seminars refer to all kinds of seminars, including student seminars （ゼミ）, crossover seminars, etc.
