Fix for Issue#42 - Add the ability to use Email Rep API Key in request #76

Description

Request to Email-Rep API will now be able to give Key as part of the request which will be specified in the example_config file. The request without the key will still function as expected. Modified Readme to include the EMAIL_REP_KEY in the config file.

Does this fix a known existing bug under Issues?

This commit fixes Issue -42.
