Additional system package requirements not listed

What is the Issue you are experiencing? When installing Sooty on a fresh install of Ubuntu 20.04, the additional system packages were required:

• python3-dev
• python3-tk - required for tkinter
• build-essentials - required for wheel and cffi
• libffi-dev - required for wheel and cffi (libssl-dev may have also been required. I confess that part of the install got confused. Apologies)

What Operating System are you using? Ubuntu 20.04.3
