[Minor] "Import from current" works with with old file for Stellaris 2.4+ #5

The Import from current function imports from the unused settings.txt file for Stellaris 2.4+ instead of the current json based file. I noticed this when I tried to convert my list from the 0.7.1 of Paradoxos Mod Manager using the Stellaris load order as a go between.

Thanks I will look that too

As "workaround" you can launch 0.7.1 and 0.8.0 PMM for legacy launcher (since it use settings.txt) and apply with 0.7.1 and import from current with 0.8.0

PS: Good idea to migrate lists 👌
