[Feature Request] Mod Groups #8

It would be great if we could create mod groups for the purposes of load order, where you could essentially say "these specific mods need to load in this order". This would be great as it allows the launcher to still order mods automatically, but also able to specify the order for certain mods (such as addons for a larger mod, or compatibility patches)

I made a prototype with this feature as fork (of the StellairsLoadOrderFixer24) (tags sort and dependencies, unfortunately again in Python). https://gist.github.com/Perhelion/530df204c3ce10847cdedbf4b64da3b9
