Update: There is a problem with the install command, that yarn installs all workspaces at once because it needs way too much memory and WSL crashed deeming the packages installs invalid and the install command fails.

Possible solution: Apache Hadoop YARN in HDP 2.2: Isolation of CPU resources in your Hadoop YARN clusters
