How to handle plugin folders - main repo or individual repos #1

Should the plugins be 1) included in the plugins/ folder 2) in individual repos

This could lead to a way too large repo
When cloning the repo unnecessary plugins are included
It is good with example plugins

Scalable
Requires one of:
- User to manually find and download plugins
- Awesome list with links
- Nim-file with something like Nimbles packages.json file to download and move plugins to the plugins/ folder

I'll go with number 2. There are 5 standard plugins, but they should be moved to individual repos, to avoid inc(version) on this repo when e.g. a new theme stylesheet is added.
