Fix #49
Clean out HTML Templates (classes not used whatsoever).

But maybe we should keep BS in nimwcpkg/tmpl/blog.tmpl which is not using genMainAdmin()? If the user chose to use BS instead of Bulma, then the CSS would not fit.
