Feature: increase widget sizes #15

The HPL2 editors were made in times of much smaller monitors, and with 1920x1080 being the norm now, most users have to put up with tiny buttons. This could be increased in all of the editors to make development less cumbersome.

Some of the spacing and sizing is configured in the skin file. Many text sizes are hardcoded, see SetDefaultFontSize
