Rebuild or remove VS files #26

The Visual Studio files are stale and likely won't work after the 0.4.x edits.

Generating them from CMake needs to be tested, and if so, they should probably be removed altogether (in favor of the user generating them).

If this can be done, remove buildcounterinput.txt files (see #22 ).
