Make community-editors the main branch and rename the current master branch to "clean"

There is no good reason to keep the clean (i.e. unedited) branch the main one. This makes development more annoying than necessary (e.g. no automatic issue closing, need to merge README updates or make them on a branch of code that they doesn't describe).
