Restart auth flow when Strava is logged out #182

Not the best approach but it should work.

Coverage remained the same at 6.272% when pulling 62af9f52a5298bbc11190a3030063f5e2a5b68e4 on mscansian:patch-1 into a8ae0ce3d77004bbc1d2c1e7ed34b14c344cddba on Tigge:master.
