This spurious connection error is also plaguing our other nightly setup jobs (https://github.com/TileDB-Inc/conda-forge-nightly-controller/issues/78, https://github.com/TileDB-Inc/conda-forge-nightly-controller/issues/79). I've also gotten this error locally. If this keeps happening, I am going to open an Issue upstream to see if conda-smithy can be updated to make this step more robust (eg by retrying the download a few times before failing)
