I believe this is fallout from #117

Strange. I agree that #117 is likely the culprit. However the glitch must have been extremely transient. The script calls the endpoint twice. First to determine if it passed or failed. If it failed, then it calls it a second time to report the status for troubleshooting. However, from the build log, we can see that this subsequent (and essentially immediate call), reported that it succeeded:
