The pip check I added in https://github.com/TileDB-Inc/tiledbsoma-feedstock/commit/3ebace36444c852361e60786c0bceada0974c5b1 is working as expected to catch dependency problems:

tiledbsoma 1.15.0rc0.post49.dev68148894431 has requirement somacore==1.0.21, but you have somacore 1.0.20.

The somacore requirement was bumped to 1.0.21 yesterday in https://github.com/single-cell-data/TileDB-SOMA/commit/cdcbdcbd4affa2c6ad57abbc52b6382e4f562223 (https://github.com/single-cell-data/TileDB-SOMA/pull/3188). I'll send a PR to update the nightly build
