Start using ng-bootstrap #18

While also a popular Angular.js scaffold, ng-bootstrap is a nice combination of the CSS toolkit/scaffold I'm using (bootstrap) and the JavaScript framework I'm using (Angular.js)

Should mean it's easier for me to use all of Bootstrap.js's goodies without feeling bad about it
