Add warning for adjcent topics thats locations are not close #44

With finders multiple campuses it would be ideal if there was a warning about topics on different campuses being backup against each other. It would also be ideal if the Ai could de-prioritize generated time tables that have this present (could just be an option).

I'm guessing you're scraping timetable information from eg https://www.flinders.edu.au/webapps/stusys/index.cfm/topic/main/?topic=NURS1001 - in which case the information is already on that page. Eg that topic is taught at the Bedford Park campus (twice) and the Riverland campus once, while COMP1701 is taught at the Tonsley campus.

Ok class room to class rooms is a bit hard I was more focused on campus to campus. This information is all ready visible in the interface. image It would just be ideal to have option to have the time table generator avoid the backed lessons at different campuses.
