Generate azure demo data for carbon-sdk-api #93

Using script of your choice, generate sample data for 5 locations that spans over the duration of at least 5 years. (both Azure and AWS) Make sure the data looks like this: carbon-aware-sdk/data

This is to make the model testable and presentable

start on azure because aws is not supported by electricity maps i think
