Support Fortune enchant #152

Extra items gained via Fortune enchant are not included in the extraction limits. Please add support for Fortune so that we don't have to 'account for Fortune' separately.

As you know I am no longer accepting suggestions from people who are not sponsoring, because 99% of admins currently do not Sponsor, it makes this project not financially viable for myself and my family.

Its more of a bug report, but if you think its a feature that Fortune lets you bypass the limit by up to 100% in some cases, then please do mention it in the config for future cases.
