Add normalization of Chemical Role #101

biolink is leaning towards chemical roles as nodes. So we want to normalize their identifiers. I'm not sure what all will get normalized, but it will at least be roles from CHEBI, and it's probably good enough just to add those in and expose them through NN for now.

We already have some ChEBI roles in NodeNorm, e.g. CHEBI:35482 "opioid analgesic". Are these the ones you meant? I'm not sure if there are CHEBI roles that are being filtered out, but if you could point me to those, that would be really helpful.

Yes, those are the ones I meant. I'm surprised that these are in there. But I would say that they're in there incorrectly, because it's a role not a ChemicalEntity
