This includes:

ENSEMBL:ENSP00000382856
ENSEMBL:ENSP00000385720
ENSEMBL:ENSP00000385721
and many others

May or may not be related to https://github.com/TranslatorSRI/Babel/issues/153

The identifiers mentioned here are all retired:

So this is really a part of the whole "Babel should track deprecated identifiers and provide a route to newer identifiers" issue (https://github.com/TranslatorSRI/Babel/issues/93).
