I think it's best that we create the concept with everything, and then based on preliminary analysis with the data, we'll decide which ones to keep. We can do the analysis before merging PR, so in one PR we can handle everything without changing the main dataset in the meantime.

out of 49 itemid for intubation 1 of them is procedureevents_mv item and rest are chartevents items. Following are the occurrences of them in tables. select itemid, count(itemid) as count from procedureevents_mv where itemid=224385 group by itemid; itemid | count --------+------- 224385 | 4514

And for the remaining 48 chartevents items only 2 of them are present in table. elect itemid, count(itemid) as count from chartevents where itemid in (418, .... // skip, 225306) group by itemid order by count desc; itemid | count --------+-------- 226814 | 101809 223059 | 1 (2 rows)
