In China, it has been reported that the following markers are strongly affected in COVID-19 patients:
PCT, IL-6, IL2, IL7, IL10, GCSF, IP10, MCP1, MIP1A, and TNFα
Unfortunately, these markers are not available in MIMIC-III and the question is if we can find instead some strong proxies for these markers?
