chore: remove example files to improve coverage accuracy #25

This commit addresses the issue of inaccurate test coverage reports caused by the presence of example files in the project. These files were unnecessary for the functionality of the application and contributed to misleading coverage metrics.

I've checked that all the files you removed are indeed from the sample lab. The CI seems to still be working, and to my knowledge the files removed are not linked to our project.

I have no further observations.
