Adding the SonarCloud properties to set it up, to make the CI work. Adding everything in the new file sonar-project.properties at the root of the project.

Fixing the problem : The values of the sonar properties in gradle.build.kts were not corresponding to the sonar properties of this project (so sonar-project.properties could not correct it).
