Bugged coke run #18

Inside of client.lua line 110, looks like the 'coolout' event is triggered alongside the 'startr' event trigger. the 'startr' event, is the server callback to start the run which is where the check for cash is server.lua line 5

This should be solved now, will test further but should be able to close issue now.
