[BUG] - Skateboard Options When Third Eyeing Local #21

2) Describe what's happening (please include as much detail as possible): When Third Eyeing a local the options for a skateboard pop up, the get on option doesn't work but the pick up option will place down a skateboard if you have one. Tried pick up on the corpse without a skateboard and the local transformed into a skateboard.

3) Has this happened once? or multiple times? please specify: Once so far

I wish you had gotten a video of this... lol. I will need to look into this error to see if I can trigger it again.
