2.Describe what's happening (please include as much detail as possible) when doing the heist trying to do the hacks the hack minigame won't show up and you will be stuck in an animation. also if it is a foggy day in city the boats will not appear.
3.Has this happened once? or multiple times? please specify: 2 of us tried it and we both scuffed multiple times and yes for poofing
