Let the LimitlessActivatables feature include Battle Prowess #230

the Battle Prowess (Battle Scion feature) cant use out of combat, even if i get Limitless Raging Song would you mind patch this (Patch_LimitlessActivatables)?

Probably works now. Did not test, but the blueprint seemed obvious. Comment here, if it's not working.
