Thanks for the reply! Then it must be some kind of mod conflict on my side. I'll comment/reopen the issue if I found anything
Unlikely, but possible. They would need to either replace the component AbilityTargetHasFact on these hexes. Or do something so my iteration of all blueprints returns nothing. Well, or add a blueprint which is null or its name is null. But that would be dumb.
I chose that and I have the fortune hex from witch class, but it's still forbidden to cast fortune again on the same character after the effect ends.
