Added Dockerfile #19

I took the liberty of putting together a Dockerfile for saw as per #18. You’ll still need to update circle to handle publishing (unfamiliar), but this should get it going!

I think now needs an example how use saw with docker in README.md

Oh I already added some and published the image, hope that is ok.
