Modify setup file for pip install to work #43

This pull request includes the following changes to the setup file:

Remove list of authors (I thought this was the issue - it was not. Can be added back)
Add comma to setup file
Remove duplicate install_requires line
Remove duplicate kw arg
Update README syntax (so the pip install looks like a command) and fix setup file for pip install
