MDS Data analysis peer review 2023-24

This repository is the home to the UBC Master of Data Science Workflows course open peer review. In this course students work in teams to build data analysis projects using R and Python, and perform open peer review of the projects they develop. To do this, the students follow the peer review process inspired by the JOSS, JOSE and rOpenSci organizations.

Peer review process

Submission

  1. Open an issue in this repository and fill in the issue template (see an example submission here).

Review

  1. Copy the MDS data analysis review checklist and outline into the issue for the data analysis project you were assigned to review.
  2. Complete the checklist, and provide kind and constructive review comments to help the authors improve their data analysis projects.
