Problem:
During testing we often want to overlay certain currents and other data but this is not already set up with the current dashboards. Furthermore, few people know how to use Grafana well to suit our needs (overalying graphs + zooming in on data and other tricks). This feature aims to provide clear explanation on how to use Grafana optimally and to provide a stronger fundamental set of dashboards which will be useful for debugging and performance tracking.
Changes:
Name Grafana dashboards like this: <BUCKET_NAME>: <TITLE> - <CAR>
Example: PROD: Pit Crew - Brightside
Significant improvement to all dashboards and all updated to current DBC (new queries)
INTENDED USE: Whenever we are testing the car or driving, the PROD: Pit Crew - Brightside dashboard is very helpful.
Note:
You may need to run the command sudo docker compose build --no-cache before using the dashboards because your Grafana cache is saved in the docker container. For some reason doing sudo docker builder prune does not do anything. Once you do the build command you should see the new Grafana dashboards.
