Summary

This pull request adds documentation to the src/SignUp/SignUp.jsx file.

Changes Made:

Added file-level comments explaining the purpose and functionality of the SignUp component.
Documented each function with detailed comments on its behavior and parameters.
Explained validation rules for the form fields.
Verified that all changes pass the linter and test suite.
