Update to the employment metric. General reorganization of the code.
Main additions:
1) Add subgourps: gender & disablity.
2) Add confidence intervals
3) Adopt use of the srvyr package
Broke out programs into four QMD documents - Place all, Place subgroup, Counta all, County subgroup.
Place and county codes are largely similar, break outs are to help with size of data. Note that the county programs can take a long time to run - I timed the count subgroup program around and hour and 5 minutes total run time on teh SAS server. Would suggest using a remote desktop.
