11. Update transit trips index

Alana notes: One key data source that I don’t believe we’ll be able to update is the vehicle miles traveled data from the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency which I wasn’t able to find published in my brief searching. We can use the 2013-2015 data that is used in the current LAI.

Note: AFFH dataset pre-calculated the households <50% AMI by race for each tract. Because this dataset isn't updated, we will have to flag the racial make-up of the area to get our metric by race using other means.

For the data tables, the table notes should be the same as what we currently have, but the source will change:
