upper ontology: Ports #6

Create a lightweight ontology for elements, ports, and links between port. Document ontology in the wiki. Use it to define the (network) topology. Establish a semantic link with IFC.

... in fact I do not use it. Topology is basically about elements, ports, and links. Using the port ontology elsewhere (e.g. electric circuitry) would have been possible, but the audience is often abstraction-adverse to let us drop that for the time being.
