saveDijkstrasResults() does not create needed folders if they do not exist #16

All of the serialization and writing to file functionality should be updated to use the common code in arc_utilities instead of duplicating it; this would resolve the folder creation at the same time.

Can be addressed by using the Serialization + Compression helpers in arc_utilities.
