Make Stacked Barchart and Multi Barchart display into chart template similar to Pie and Bar charts #37

Objective :

Stacked Barchart and Multi Barchart have been pushed into git by Pratik. They are now being displayed without the icing as pie and bar chart does.

Make both Stacked Barchart and Multi Barchart display in the chart template similar to Piechart and Barchart where the result will be displayed with the icing.
