Directions on adding charting to a new template.

Create this document as a markdown (.md) file called Adding_Charts_to+Tracker.md. Add it beside the README.txt file.

This file will be a bit different from README.txt. It rather than describing how to run this tracker, it will describe how to add charting to another tracker.

Choose a new template (devel or responsive) and set up a tracker using it. You can run: roundup/scripts/roundup_demo.py to be guided though the creation of a new tracker directory.

Add displaying a chart to it and document all the steps.
