Rename VF3Lib in SGM to CPU and remove unnecessary code. #33
The VF3Lib Directory should be renamed to reflect that it is our CPU implementation.
We need to add the citations to the original paper, and the github we took this from (noting the version that we have).
We need to remove their README, and ensure that the licence allows us to use it in this way.
