GO or KEGG analysis #215

Hi, the DEBrowser is very useful. howeve,I found that I could not choose some other species, such as cattle, pigs and chickens, when I was doing GO enrichment analysis ? How to resolve this?

They are not supported in DEBrowser. You can use other GO enrichment tools that support those species. You can download up&down regulated genes to run other tools.
