11 as user i would like to select the country for which my severity index needs to be build so that i can get the right map #16

Hi, here is the pull request - this does not yet include the scenario comparison stuff which I am working in a separate branch.

I removed UNHCR logos for now and added the beta tag.

Only problem I run into: when running devtools;;check(), I get an error about "over-long paths". I also ran into this within git recently and I think it is to do with the very long branch name. However, I'm not sure and it is hard to find which file(s) are causing this problem. I will anyway create the PR, to see if we get the same problem here. Let me know if you have any suggestions on this. I will also look for a solution.

I discoved the problem - it was some git files from the branch associated with #14 . Perhaps we could avoid very long branch names in the future?
