Many adjustments, including:

Tour feature on splash page
Quarto book now accessible from the app and in the main repo (just a skeleton at the moment)
More help from the modal popups (the big question mark)
Trend line on scatter plot
Hide weights
Scenarios are now built by default and downloadable in the xlsx
added 1-5 scale as an option as well as 0-100
can download maps
Added unit comparison tab
Enabled bookmarking (get a link and share it with others to go back to where you were)

I'm going to merge this in since it passes all CMD checks, and for the sake of making it easier to install and deploy. We can make adjustments later on. Hope that is OK. @martinepunhcr you should now be able to install from the main branch, let me know if you have any issues.
